Developer Licenses for all
kalmstrom.com products
requested by the Developer Member
organization. You will get the full
source codes
for the products you request, and
you may customize them without
limits and distribute them freely,
as long as it is within the
Developer Member organization.
Unlimited number of users within the Developer Member
organization for all products.
Support and free upgrades for all the kalmstrom.com
products used by the Developer Member organization. When kalmstrom.com upgrades
a product you have the right to receive a new source code!
Support terms
Cost:
200 EUR/300 USD per month + a one time payment of 2000 EUR/3000 USD
Bank transfer
If you wish to pay with a bank transfer
once or twice a year, we will be happy to send you
an invoice for the one time payment + the fees for
the first period and after that only for the fees.

Credit card subscription
You can pay in most currencies, but the price is
fixed in EUR for PayPal and Shareit and in USD for
eSellerate. The fee is taken from your credit card
every month.
Registration key(s)
When you have made your first payment we
will send you a welcoming e-mail with information.
Answer it and tell us what product(s) you want to
use and who is the responsible person for it at your
organization, and the key(s) requested will be sent
by e-mail. A link to the source code will be sent in
a separate e-mail. If you are not slow in contacting
us, you should have your key(s)
within 24 hours after payment
received.
Conditions
You have the right
to receive licenses of all our products, but we
suggest that you don't request them all at one time.
Each product requires a learning period, so we
recommend that your organization takes one step at a
time.
Please give us name and
e-mail address for one contact person per
kalmstrom.com product. This may be the same person,
but for support and information we need to know who
is responsible for each of our products within the
Developer Member organization.
The subscription gives the Developer Member
organization the right to use and upgrade Developer
versions of all kalmstrom.com software as long as
the subscription fee is paid. The subscription can
be cancelled at any time by the Developer Member
organization.
This license form grants you the rights to use,
customize and change the product to suit your needs.
The license is still restricted to one organization.
You may not resell copies of the products, or copies
of solutions based on the product.
Even with the source code, building or extending the
kalmstrom.com products is not easy, and
kalmstrom.com Business Solutions cannot guarantee
what you will be able to do with the source. Please
make sure your organization has the skill and time
to work with these products and techniques before
becoming Developer Member ‒ or that you are prepared
to pay someone else for your development. The
kalmstrom.com team would be happy to assist with any
customization we find possible, but we have to
charge an extra fee for it.
kalmstrom.com Developer Support
In addition to the standard
kalmstrom.com Support Services, Developer Members get e-mail answers to
specific questions about the source code. The
support is restricted to specific questions though,
and not general ones.
An example of a specific question is:
– Where do I change the default behavior of tickets
being full-screen? This would get you an answer pointing you to the
right procedure and some tips on how to accomplish
your needs.
An example of a non-specific question is:
– How do I customize the Outlook forms? This would get you a pointer to the
Slipstick
website where there are information and references
to excellent books.
